To maintain your leather, we recommend oiling regularly with a natural leather oil. This will help to keep the hide supple, protect against water damage, and can be used to rub off accumulating dirt and grime. If you are storing you bag, make sure to do so in a breathable container such a dustcover or pillowcase.
As your leather ages, it will continue to evolve and develop with you. Our vegetable tanned nappa leathers will patina, adding a depth to the hue and texture, and our vegetable tanned haircalf leathers will give way to the raw hide beneath.

UNITED STATES: Orders over $150 ship for FREE. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5.95, and orders over $50 up to $150 will be charged a flat rate of $12.95 for shipping.
CANADA: Orders over $150 will be charged a flat rate of $19.95 for shipping. Orders under $150 will be charged $14.95.
THE REST OF THE WORLD: For international shipments of orders under $100 you will be charged a flat rate of $25.95. For orders under $250, you will be charged a flat rate of $39.95. International shipments for orders over $250, will be charged a flat $49.95.
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, however, for any reason you wish to return your order or a portion of it, we are happy to refund the full purchase price (minus $12.95 for shipping/restocking) of any item returned in its original condition after such notification. All exchanges are subject to availability.
In order to initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and note your sales receipt number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email.
Returned packages received past the 14-day timeframe are accepted at our sole discretion and are eligible for store credit only. If you would like to exchange an item, please also note the desired item so that we can set it aside for you. Once the RAN has been emailed back to you, follow the instructions in the email for where to send the item.
You are responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. We recommend insuring your return/exchange package.
We reserve the right to not accept any returns or exchanges that are not in their original condition. In the event that your return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs. We do not accept responsibility for any lost packages unless there is proof of delivery to HARE+HART.
