Additionally, despite our efforts, prices may be listed incorrectly due to human or computer error. Terms and Conditions of Sale
When you place an order to purchase a product from Hare+Hart, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have shipped that product to you (“shipping confirmation e-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not been confirmed in a shipping confirmation e-mail do not form part of that contract.
Completing an order from Hareandhart.com in any form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have been placed with Hareandhart.com may not be canceled once the shipping process has begun. Orders may not be canceled for any reason after three business days of receipt of the initial e-mail order confirmation.
If for any reason an order is canceled despite our order cancellation terms, the order will be subjected to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee equal to 20% of the order total.
Order Confirmation E-mail
An order confirmation e-mail is sent as a courtesy to our customers when an order is placed. We do our best to insure that these emails are accurate. From time to time, due to human and computer error, these emails contain incorrect information. Please contact support immediately upon receiving an e-mail confirmation with questionable information. Unauthorized Resale
We reserve the right to refuse any customer we suspect of unauthorized resale of any Hare+Hart products. Unauthorized reselling of Hare+Hart products is strictly forbidden, and will be considered a violation of these terms of agreement.
Hare+Hart, LLC also reserves the right to refuse sale to any customer we consider to be in violation of our terms of agreement.
Discount Codes and Special Offers
All discount codes apply to the original, non-discounted price of each item unless otherwise noted. Free-shipping codes only apply to orders shipped within the continental United States. We reserve the right to deny any discounts or special offers that have been applied incorrectly, or that have expired. Discount codes may be used only once per customer unless otherwise noted, and expire 90 days after issuance unless otherwise noted. “Thank you” codes expire at season end (7/1 and 12/31 respectively). All times and dates indicated are Eastern Time.
Discount codes and special offers may not be combined, unless otherwise noted. We try our best to keep the website working correctly, however acceptance of any discount code by our website does not automatically mean we are obliged to honor that discount.
Returns Policy & Price Adjustments
Ordering from Hareandhart.com automatically entails agreeing to our returns policy.
Returns must be sent to 118 Ridge Street, Suite 1B, New York, NY 10002. All returns after 30 days will be processed at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued in two to four weeks from receipt of a valid return.
Items whose description is marked “final sale” and all items discounted 75% or more are considered final sale, and may not be returned for any reason.
If within 14 days of purchase we discount from the price a customer paid, we are happy to provide a price adjustment. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments. Please note: all sales are final on items that receive a price adjustment.
Customs
When ordering goods from Hareandhart.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.
