Which payments are acceptable?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments.

What are your shipping methods?
We ship all purchases via FedEx ground.  For more information, visit our Shipping page.

How do I preorder an item?
If you would like to preorder an item that is backordered or not yet available, please email sales@hareandhart.com with PREORDER in the subject line.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you wish to return your order or a portion of it, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to refund the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping of any item returned in its original condition after such notification.  All exchanges are subject to availability and can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size.

In order to initiate your return, please email sales@hareandhart.com within 14 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and note your Invoice Number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email.

Return packages received past the 14-day timeframe are accepted at our sole discretion and are eligible for store credit only. If you would like to exchange an item, please also note the desired size so that we can set it aside for you.  Once the RAN has been emailed back to you, print the email and include it within your return/exchange package.

Please note: Returns/exchanges that have not been issued a RAN will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be sent back to you at your expense.

You are responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. We recommend insuring your return/exchange package.

We reserve the right to not accept any returns or exchanges that are not in their original condition.  In the event that your return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.  We do not accept responsibility for any lost packages unless there is proof of delivery to Hare+Hart.

When will I receive my purchase?
We will ship all orders within 1-3 business days.  Most orders will be shipped within the same day if received before 3 pm EST.

How can I track my order?
You may track your order using your tracking number on the FedEx website or by clicking here.

What if my item needs a repair?
If you purchase an item from www.hareandhart.com that requires a repair, please contact sales@hareandhart.com.  If you purchased your item from a different store, please contact them regarding your repair.

Repairs that are not a result of excessive or unreasonable abuse are free for 60 days after the purchase date.  Thereafter, we charge a repair fee dependent upon the type of repair but not to exceed $50.  To have your item repaired, please first email sales@hareandhart.com with REPAIR in the subject line and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Items will not be accepted without an RAN number.

Repairs can take from 4 – 6 weeks, though some may be faster and some may take more time.  We will return your item as soon as possible.
